RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Pickup Attempts:

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.

Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

 

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
  • Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

 

3. Refund Process 

  • Refunds will be processed to your AMBRO Wallet within 1-2 working days after the return pickup is completed. 
  • Wallet balance can be tracked via the Ambro website.

Note:

  • Payments will be refunded to the wallet, which can be used on future purchases.
  • Reward points, store credits & shipping charges (If any) are non-refundable.

 

5. Refunds for Free Product Deals

Orders placed during promotional offers like  (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Orders placed using a coupon code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We recommend reviewing your cart and size details carefully before placing your order.

6. Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹300 per item may be deducted to cover return logistics and handling costs, with the remaining amount credited to your Ambro Wallet. For exchanges, customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse.

For exchanges, customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement free of cost. If the customer provides a valid courier receipt, ₹100 will be credited to their Ambro Wallet as reimbursement.

If the requested size, color, or any other variant for exchange is out of stock, Ambro will not be responsible for fulfilling that specific exchange request, as stock availability is beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be provided with a store voucher of the same value, which can be used for future purchases.

Reimbursement

  • For prepaid orders, the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your Ambro Wallet.

Note: Avoid using The Professional Couriers, as we do not accept shipments from them. We recommend Speed Post for reliable service.

7. Terms and Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. Ambro is not liable for errors in the provided details.
  • If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

8. Reporting Damages

  1. If the product does not meet standards at delivery, notify us within 1 day via:

          b. Mail Us : Support@ambro.co.in
  2. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the refund eligibility. Refunds are processed within 30 working days from confirmation.
